School Choice Fair & Ice Skating!
Free Ice Skating and local school choice information at Atkinson Park in Ketchum! 12pm – 3pm with inter-faculty broom ball game at 3pm!
Families are encouraged to attend a school fair day for National School Choice Week in Ketchum offering education options as well as free ice skating and an inter-faculty broom ball. Syringa Mountain School will host a Day of Education with participating Blaine County schools and educators including the Community School, The Sage School and Pioneer Montessori School on Saturday, Jan. 28, from 12 to 3pm at Hemingway Ice, Atkinson Park (the Christina Potters Outdoor Ice Rink) in Ketchum. The fair will be followed by an inter-faculty Broom Ball Game at 3 pm that should not be missed!
ICL GET INVOLVED 101 Event! Visit Syringa Booth!

Syringa Mountain School will be at the Idaho Conservation League’s “Get Involved 101” event at the Limelight Hotel from 6pm – 7:30pm to share ways the community can GET INVOLVED at Syringa Mountain School! Join us for this wonderful event to learn ways in which you can get involved with the many non-profit organizations in the Wood River Valley and how to share your knowledge, time, and resources alongside your neighbors!
The Idaho Conservation League (ICL) is hosting a “Get Involved 101” workshop on Thursday, January 19, from 6-7:30pm at the Limelight Hotel in Ketchum. The purpose of the event is to bring together community members who are interested in getting more involved locally, at the state level, and at the national level whether that be in the environmental realm, social realm, educational realm, etc. The speakers are as follows and will be sharing tools on how we can all generally work to make positive change.
