2017-18 BUDGET PROPOSALS: INCLUDING A POSSIBLE TRANSITION TO

COLLEGE OF TEACHERS MODEL OF GOVERNANCE.*

BOD Work Session Friday, May 12 3p – 5pm 5th Grade Classroom Public Welcome No public comment will be taken Written comment may be submitted Agenda: 1.) Directors Presentation of the Budget 2.) Line item review of v5 budget 3.) Consideration of college of teacher proposal and impact on v5 budget 4.) Motion to approve 4/19/17 BOD Minutes 5.) Motion to approve 5/4/17 Work Session Minutes 6.) Motion to approve additional $175k USDA loan increase –  $175,000 over 30 years at 3.375% would amount to $776 per month with a reserve requirement (for the 1st 10 years) of $78 per month.  Total of $9,312 per year and $932 per year for the reserve. 7.) Motion to notice award of the contractor Century Contracts and their revised estimate for the 3 part project of $404,000. 1.) So $175,000 over 30 years at 3.375% would amount to $776 per month with a reserve requirement (for the 1st 10 years) of $78 per month.  Total of $9,312 per year and $932 per year for the reserve.
