6.) Motion to approve additional $175k USDA loan increase –  $175,000 over 30 years at 3.375% would amount to $776 per month with a reserve requirement (for the 1^st 10 years) of $78 per month.  Total of $9,312 per year and $932 per year for the reserve.

7.) Motion to notice award of the contractor Century Contracts and their revised estimate for the 3 part project of $404,000.
